Hiya all,

We have just been puting world to rights and realising even tho we might be a little crazy, we usually are the people who cope best in a crisis

Today at Fraser Street

Hi all

We are at the fraser street project, creating blogs and laying down some music for our backing track, the project is just getting started and we are excited about what will happpen, we have some ace characters involved, people who are willing to be honest with where they are at in life and the battles they have with their mental health and substance misuse which could be booze or drugs.

The plan is to record sound, words and visual and create a VJ sequence to be shown at dual diagnosis week alongside an exhibition of photography on 6th December, this should show how it feels, how services do or dont help us, let people know that they are not on their own and dont have to hide away in their box.

You never know we might change things x

What does it mean, I know I am multiple not dual, its meant to mean mental health and substance misuse

we all need to connect with our inner child, and not take ourselves too seriously, its a mad old world as it is, so suck your lollipop and have fun, bon apetite!
